STAR WARS A new reality

Could there ever be real working lasers on a fighter jets. Chief engineer for the AFRL directed energy directorate Kelly Hammett says that by 2020 the U.S military will try to successfully test a laser on a aircraft. The already have put lasers on boats and on land but hitting moving objects in mid air going hundreds of mile per hour is a little harder.  My opinion on this is that it’s a good idea but I worry about what our enemies could do with the technology. Over all I think that putting lasers on fighter jets change the way the war is fought.

    I never thought of this tech relating to Star Wars! I think it would be awesome to make Star Wars lasers a reality. If only the force was real.

    The lasers on the fighter jets maybe a safer weaponry to use, but it is dangerous.
