Fighter Jets armed with lasers by 2020
Fighter jets with lasers used to be science fiction but now they're closer to becoming real. The U.S. research laboratory told us they hope to demonstrate a fighter jet laser as soon as 2020.This year the air force armed near supersonic planes with a laser turret that created a 360-degree defensive laser shield.They have already built lasers that can destroy planes from the ground.
