New Way of Food?

Solar-power cooked food? The company GoSun has revealed a solar-powered grill that is able to cook meats and vegetables in less than 20 minutes. The solar-powered grill can reach up to 550 degrees. How it works is it has a pair of parabolic reflectors to get 80% of the sun’s energy and focus it directly onto a proprietary vacuum tube. What you have to do is place the grill in direct sunlight and wait 20 minutes or less, and you’re done! It also doesn’t matter if it is windy or if the temperature is down, as long as there is sunlight, it will work.

There are some downsides to this though. For example, what if the sun isn’t shining? Also the price of the GoSun grill is $599 and $899 for the solar-electric hybrid version. Is it worth all the money for some solar-powered food? You can decide if you want it or not when it comes out in 2016.
